This is a great rental home in South Maui and is Seconds to the Kamaole Beach Parks ... Just about 1000ft. Located on a knoll above the ocean, beautiful tropical breeze and You can go out the back gate and see the beautiful ocean right there. In a quick walk down the street you can have your coffee in hand and go get your feet wet and even take a surf lesson! This Kihei rental home is very close to golf in Wailea, Makena or Kihei as well. This Kihei rental home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths...sleeps6 to 8. The fourth bedroom is a detached unit...very private! There is a spacious Lanai/patio with a redwood table that seats 8 people and a gas BBQ. The sound of the running water from the fountain/water feature reminds you of the beauty of Maui. What a great place to cook and eat your dinner!

The master bedroom also has a big Lanai with a private outdoor shower surrounded by night blooming Jasmine plants. This Kihei vacation home has a very tropical appeal! The interior is very new... furnishings, carpet, paint and everything! The beds are very new and very comfortable, clean, cozy! The decor is island style and it is very cool inside and has AC too! This Kihei vacation rental home has a yard that is lush and tropical and private and is surrounded by 15ft palms all the way around. There is plenty of parking inside the property.

The best Maui beaches are close by (Kam Beach parks) and the Kihei boat ramp (where you take off on boat tours for Molokini snorkel trips) is only 5 min. South. In just a min. you are at Foodland and Kukui Mall Theater! Shops at Wailea are just 5 min. South. And for your teens, the Kihei skate park is super great and not even a mile from this Kihei rental home.
It is equip with Satellite T.V. and a Nintendo video game, and everything you need to feel at home! This location saves you a lot of car time. We hope you chose to spend your Maui Vacation in this Home!

Cancellations and Refunds
A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
Deposits
A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure
