A romantic holiday dream come true! Ka'anapali Royal is a luxurious condominium resort and is ideally located in Ka'anapali, just a 10 minute drive from Lahaina town. Lahaina is a "local" town filled with great restaurants, dancing, shopping & many movie theatres.

The Ka'anapali Royal is located on the 16th fairway and is only a five minute walk down to beautiful white sand Ka'anapali Beach. The Ka'anapali Royal has a pool area complete with pool, jacuzi, lounge chairs & a bbq and dinning area - the pool has shallow wide steps and is ideal for children. Two lighted tennis courts are on the property.

This is a two bedroom two bath third floor unit with beautiful garden, Golf Course and Ocean Views. The unit is far from noisy roads, and is extremely quiet and peaceful at all hours.

Lodging Tax:  13.417%
Cleaning Fee:  $100
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Fee: $40 for reservations cancelled after receipt of initial deposit. Cancellation after full payment "date" is non-refundable unless space is resold. No refunds are made for un-used nights regardless of cause. Reservations are unit "specific" and cannot be changed by guest "after final payment".

3 night deposit due within 10 day of booking, full payment due 45 days prior to arrival; 12/20 - 01/02 due by 09/01
Other Fees:
Kaanapali Royal is gated and guarded at a one time fee $50- this is payed at the KR office when registering your vehicle.
