Kimos Cancellation Policy If you cancel more than 30 days from arrival date: $50.00 administration fee, remaining deposit returned. If you cancel 15-30 days from your arrival date: $50.00 administration fee and 1 nights rental. If you cancel 7-14 days from your arrival date: $50.00 adminstrative fee and additional 50% of all payments. Less than 7 days no refunds.
