Description: 
Wailua Bay View #210 is a second floor condominium unit in the premium section of this oceanfront condo building. FREE high speed wireless internet access is available in the unit. The private lanai overlooking Wailua Beach is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, positioned to allow a clear view of Wailua Bay and the coastline looking toward Lihue.

The living room includes tropical rattan furniture and all the comforts of home including a 25" color TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo radio, Hawaiian music CDs, videos and cassettes. The bookshelf holds Kauai guidebooks, Hawaii literature, binoculars and games.

Need to catch up on business while on vacation? Kitchen counter doubles as a desk for your portable computer. We have two telephones, one corldess for your convenience, the other with digital answering machine and speakerphone and dataport for local dial up internet connections, in addition to the WiFi internet access.

The kitchen in Wailua Bay View #210 is well equipped for monthly rentals as well as weekly stays. Large appliances include full size refrigerator with ice maker, full size range oven, built in microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include automatic coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, electric frying pan, crockpot. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware for 8, serving pieces, glassware, cookware, bakeware, linens, picnic ware and coolers for your use. Cook in or dine out. There are many Kauai restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive from Wailua Bay View. Eastside restaurants include many in Kapaa, Wailua, Lihue.

The bedroom includes a queen size bed, large closet, full size dresser, air conditioner, television, telephone and a ceiling fan. The screened jalousie windows overlook the pool below. Decorative shutters filter out noise and light, so you can get a good night's sleep.

The bathroom features a tub and shower, medicine cabinet and full length mirror. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer. The linen closet holds plenty of bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer and assorted sundries, furnished for your convenience.

Whether you stay close to your vacation "home" enjoying the pool and barbecue area, walking to the beach, nearby shops and restaurants, or you take advantage of easy drives to Kauai's North Shore, East Shore, South Shore, West Shore beaches and attractions, you'll find Wailua Bay View #210 a comfortable place to spend your vacation on Kauai.

Additional Rate Information
Regular rate is $155 per night. Rates shown reflect every 7th night FREE April 15th through December 14th, except for the summer season. The $132 per night rate is the average per night for a 7 night stay, with the 7th night free. Additional days would be charged at $155 until the 14th day and so on.

Rates are based on arrival date and does not change mid-stay. Taxes totaling 11.4166% of base rental ate will be added.

There is an additional cleaning fee of $95 charged.

A deposit of $200 is expected within 10 days of booking, in order to hold your dates. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

Owner lives on Kauai and is available for assistance if needed.
