Breakers Suite is a huge one bedroom suite located steps from Poipu Beach Park, Kauai. It has a large wrap around lanai (patio) with an ocean view and gas bbq to enjoy those tropical nights in sunny Poipu.

We are located on a charming beachside street, the 3rd house from the beach. It is a quiet neighborhood with a feeling of old hawaii.

The bedroom is air-conditioned to make those nights cooler and more quiet for those who don't want to hear the ocean roar thru the sliding glass doors. The spacious interior is decorated with a hawaiian and asia flair.

Lodging Tax:  11.42%
Cleaning Fee:  $120
Cancellations and Refunds
CANCELLATIONS : You have the right to cancel with 60 days written notice (90 days notice for reservations which include the dates 12/20-01/05). With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If your reservation includes the dates 12/20-01/05, there will be a $200 cancellation fee. If, less than 60 days written notice (or 90 days during the 12/20-01/05 period), all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. There are no refunds for early departure unless we are able to rebook the room.
Deposits
DEPOSITS : We need to receive one half the total due (these funds will act as your deposit) within 7 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.
