Imagine ..... a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury home across a quiet street from the beach with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and just steps away from the luxurious white sand beaches on Maui's South Shore ..... sun, sea and sand on the island of Maui, Hawaii, Hawaiian Islands ( also has studio ohana)
Nestled in a tropical garden, with bamboo, banana and avocado trees, it is fully fenced and gated for privacy yet close to restaurants and parks and all the other amenities Kihei has to offer.

The house has a wrap around porch which can be accessed from almost every bedroom and the interior features cathedral ceilings with dramatic beams and a sky light. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with a mix of Balinese and Island Style furniture and tastefully selected art. There are ceiling fans in every room and the house is air conditioned.

This vacation rental home comes with all cotton linens and towels and has a fully equipped kitchen and large BBQ gas grill for delicious island style gourmet cooking.

There are four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature twin beds that can be made up to king size and the two other rooms have queen size beds. The living room has two queen size sleeper couches for bigger parties.

Amenities include:
fully gated for security and privacy, complete equipped kitchen, tropical garden, air conditioners, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR,DVD, stereo system,unlimited free phone calls to U.S. and Canada, phone, washer and dryer, garden lounging furniture and outside shower. All linens and towels are provided (100% cotton, including beach towels). There is no smoking in the house.

Cancellations and Refunds
there will be no refund on any cancelled booking, unless the villa can be booked with alternative guests. In this case deposit will be refunded for the dates that were rebooked. substitution rental proration is possible.
Deposits
a 2 night deposit is required to hold reservation - please send the deposit within 7 days of making the booking - reservations not confirmed will be subject to cancellation.
Other Fees:
there is a $500 damage deposit. refundable within 15 days after departure providing there was no damage and house left in reason condition (if there is required extra cleaning, it will be taken out of deposit
