Description:

Relax in the comfort of our recently upgraded, beautifully decorated one bedroom condominium.
Enjoy ocean and golf course views from the lanai and living room. We are on the ground floor
and have a corner location which means tropical, cross breezes 24 hours a day and views in
three directions. Our condo is equipped with a full kitchen including disposal, dishwasher and
filtered water tap. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.
There are gas cooking grill areas steps from the lanai and you can buy fresh fish for a song in
the local grocery. Cookware, dishware and linens are less than a year old and the Cal King
mattress is nice and firm.

Walk to your choice of three beaches, the oceanside swimming pool and the golf course. The
Kalua K'oi Villas are two story, Polynesian style buildings that enhance the natural setting of
Hawaii's most Hawaiian island. Molokai appeals to those who like the adventure of the outdoors
including hiking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling and the like... or the respite of a
secluded, unhurried lifestyle. There are no stoplights on the island and traffic is defined as 5 cars
within view at any one time.

Our condo was designed to make you feel at home. There are classic movies (DVD's) a broad
range of music (CD's), some board games and even some workout equipment for those who
simply can't imagine a week without exercise. The resort has a small sundries shop for an
afternoon snack and a clothing shop if you need a break from the sunshine. There is a movie
theater, grocery store, post office and restaurant within a 10 minute drive of the condo.

It really doesn't get much better than this!
