Waikoloa Colony Villas is a newer luxury gated community, built in September 2003 and is located 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport in the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort along the Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island. Clustered around a series of small intimate courtyards, the Waikoloa Colony Villas are designed to enhance the convenience of condominium living with a sense of individuality and privacy. With only six units per building, side by side there are no neighbors above or below you giving the impression of a patio home or townhome rather than an apartment. The private setting has unobstructed mountain views with no buildings in site to block your views. A palm fringes yard extends beyond the lanai downstairs. A second private lanai extends off the master bedroom.

Our 1500 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath luxury condominium town home is located along the 15th fairway of the spectacular King’s Beach Golf Course and offers stunning views of Mauna Kea, lava fields, and swaying palm trees. It has the privacy and feel of and individual home, with new upscale furnishings, granite counters, air conditioning, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home.

The downstairs main level features 19" soaring vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows creating an airy tropical retreat. You'll find here a large living room, kitchen, and dining room. The dining room opens onto a large tropical lanai and access to views that extend from upcountry mountain slopes to broad fairway expanses.

The kitchen boasts slab granite counter tops, top of the line appliances and is fully equipped with all the amenities. , coffee maker, grinder, blender, microwave, George Foreman Grill, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron, cookware, bakeware, barware, dishes, glassware and more. For your days relaxing at the beach we even provide beach chairs, ice chests and beach towels. The condo is centrally air conditioned as well as equipped with ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and the master bath, and our setting captures the gentle breezes to flow through.

There are two bedrooms upstairs both with back friendly, pillow top kingsize beds, lovely furniture and each is equipped with TV/DVD players. Each bedroom has it own bathroom and there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. Off the master suite there is a large private lanai furnished with comfortable chaises overlooking the golf course and volcano’s. A perfect place to relax and feel the breeze.

Our second home is a perfect retreat for a couples seeking a romantic getaway and families who desire the utmost in amenities. For entertainment the living room has a large 37: LCD HD TV, DVD Player, CD stereo system, a second Sound system with a docking station for your I-POD, MP-3 Player, I-Phone and Smart Phone. The home can comfortable accommodate from 1 to 6 persons and is ideally set up for one or two couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs with King beds offering complete privacy and there is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We are a very short stroll to a beautiful pool with lava rock waterfall, a lava rock spa, fitness center and tennis courts.

For your outdoor adventures we provide full size beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, pool toys, tennis racquets and tennis balls.

The gated community of Waikoloa Colony Villas features two swimming pools, two whirlpools, airconditioned fitness center and a clubhouse with a party deck kitchen and lounge. Take leisurely walks long the famous and ancient Kings trail just outside your door.

Nearby are two championship golf courses, the Kings’ Shops which offers the largest shopping and dining experiences on the Kohala Coast, tennis courts, and the beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho’omalu Bay. A-Bay is a protected beach where one can enjoy a wide variety of water sports or just relax and get that “golden tan”.As our guests, golfers will enjoy preferential rates and tee times.

We are about a 10-15 minute walk, or 1 minute drive to Waikoloa Beach or "A" Bay lined with Palm trees. Just a few minute drive north brings you to the world famous Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, and several others to explore. Hapuna Beach (rated as one of America’s top ten) is great for boogie boarding. A few miles north are a great local fish market, farmers market, restaurants, shops and more.

Helicopters charters, 7 world-class golf courses, diving, snorkeling, and windsurfing are all nearby - an outdoor enthusiasts Mecca. This is one of the main reasons we decided to relocate to Waikoloa Beach. Along with the great weather, activities, beaches and the outstanding restaurants it just seems to be the perfect combination. We have been visiting the Big Island for over 20 years, and second home owners for 10 years. We spent a considerable amount of time searching for the perfect home. One that provides a luxury environment, privacy, close proximity to the Hawaii’s most beautiful beaches, golf courses and activities. We love the Big Island are happy to share our knowledge with you for visiting the many sites offered on the magical Big Island.
