Our wonderful Authentic Hawaiian Kauai vacation rental home is located in a sparsely populated rural area with spectacular scenery and uncrowded beaches. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Hanalei, Kaua'i, has a population of approximately 1,200 people.

This beach home features a spectacular view of Bali Hai. You can sit on a 90 foot deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view without people or buildings to interfere with it. Bananas, coconuts, papaya, plumeria and orchids on the property. Most likely, the only other inhabitants you will see are wild birds and occasionally there are horses and cows in a large pasture next door.



In a rural area with easy access to almost deserted sandy beach, this home is set far back from a road that ends in two miles.

The largest reef in the main Hawaiian Islands is for great snorkeling and top surfing "tunnels" is only a short walk away. Tropical pools for swimming and many waterfalls nearby.

The house is decorated in tropical decor with many original fine art tropical themed oil paintings. Porcelain tile floors with oriental rugs. All appliance modern with smooth top stove and self-cleaning oven. Two full baths with secluded outdoor shower.

Easy level access to sandy, almost deserted beach. Many of the world's top rated beaches are right here in Haena and the North Shore! Chosen by producers and TV for their most exotic south seas pictures. Great for a family!

If you prefer the private freedom to explore and enjoy unstructured activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking, or just enjoying the scenery, you will love this unique Hawaiian home. Not a tract house or condo!

Monthly Rates: $6000 per month up to 4 adults.

15% surcharge for each additional person over 4 adults
There is no extra charge for minor children (11 years and under) in a family.
All rates plus 11.41% Hawaii sales and hotel tax.
A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed. The deposit, upon completion of your stay, will be returned to you, less any charges.
