You vacation in Hawaii to leave behind the stresses of daily life -- relax and recharge in our little corner of paradise. This 1 bedroom/1bath townhome is in Keauhou, just south of Kailua Kona. The complex, Keauhou Resort, is nestled among 5 acres of tropical gardens and the golf course at Kona Country Club.

This unit has been completely remodeled. All furniture and appliances have been upgraded with the Island lifestyle in mind. The living area is on the upper floor. There is a TV/DVD along with a CD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee pot and blender. The dining area comfortably seats 4. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the cruise ships or a cool drink at sunset on the ocean view lanai. It is conveneintly located off the living room, with a table, chairs, umbrella and grill.

The bedroom and bath are on the lower level. There is a king size bed and a twin day bed. A screened lanai is off the bedroom. The bathroom has been updated with custom fixtures and cabinets. There is a full size washer & dryer. Ceiling fans on each level take advantage of the warm gentle tradewinds.

Keauhou Resort is in a residential area, yet close to shopping and activities. Enjoy reading a book at one of the 2 swimming pools. The pools were completely renovated in October 2005. Everything is provided for our guests ; just bring your bathing suits and slippers!

Snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach is is short 3 minute drive waway. Turtles are in abundance at this beach. Magic Sand Beach is great for boogie boarding and catchin some sun.
Golfing is a 5 minute walk from the unit, at Kona Country Club. Watch the golfers teeing off on the 11th from the our lanai.

Cancellations and Refunds
$75 cancellation fee, after deposit is received. Within 30 days of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. During High Season, cancellation must be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund. No Show -- No Refund.
Deposits
Security deposit plus 3 nights deposit is due within 10 days of making the reservation. Total balance is due 30 days prior to arriving in the Low Season, and 60 days prior to arrival for High Season. In the event arrival is with 30 days (low season) or 60 days (high season) from making the reservation, payment must be made in full.
Other Fees:
$200 refundable security deposit. The security deposit is returned at check out.
