Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise (see picture above). We have two ocean view condos, unit #'s 115 and 319, and an oceanfront condo, #160, for rent located in the beachfront complex islander on the beach in Kapaa, HI. It is located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and partial ocean views (see picture of view below) and are only a few strides away from a private beach.

Each unit has been renovated as of January 2005 and features two full sized beds, all necessary linens, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and granite countertops. Other amenities include: Travertine stone flooring throughout, a 27-inch flat screen TV with cable, a mini stereo system, air conditioning, electronic safe, iron and ironing board, island-style furnishings and Hawaiian artwork. Telephone and wireless Internet access are also available in the lobby. Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi with a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki hut bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience.
Centrally located in the town of Kapaa, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shore. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre!

Our Nightly Rate for units 115 and 319 is $95.00 (min. 3-night stay). Our Weekly rate $595.00 Plus taxes (11.4%) and a $65.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. We also require a fully refundable security deposit of $100 - fully refunded once unit is checked and cleared.
