Description:

Hale 'O Kuawa vacation rental is a spacious, yet cozy, one bedroom apartment hideaway on the edge of the Kilauea River Valley. There is a beautiful view to the east of the valley and mountains, from your lanai as well as the livingroom and bedroom.

Our apartment has a private entrance. It is 650 square feet with a separate, bedroom and bathroom. We provide a 27" TV, VCR, stereo (cable FM & CD player), telephone, king size bed & washer/dryer. We have a fully equipped kitchen with the exception of a cook top/oven unit. There is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, professional hot plate, gas barbeque, rice cooker, blender and much more. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower. A safe, day pack, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, guide books & more are provided for your use.

Smoking is permitted on the outside lanai.

Cancellations and Refunds

50% of your deposits are refundable if the cancellation is made at least thirty days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than thirty days prior to the arrival date are not refundable.

Deposits

A one night deposit of $122.57 is required to hold a reservation. We would like to receive it within one week of booking. Payment in full is due upon arrival.
