This vacation rental is located in a brand new development in Kapolei Knolls. Great views of the Kapolei Golf Course, Honolulu and Diamond Head. This Craftsman style house is in a quite neighborhood. Just down the street is a private park with two playgrounds.

This beautiful 2400 sq. ft. house has four elegant bedrooms upstairs and has 2.5 baths. All the bedrooms have queen size beds except the master suite which has a king size bed and its own bathroom suite. Also upstairs is a second living room, computer area and an extra queen size bed for a maximum of 10 guests. This house has a great floor plan. Spacious kitchen with an island, laundry room, dining area combined with the family room which features a 65 inch big screen TV. You can also relax and enjoy the tropical flagstone backyard with the gorgeous Swimming Pool.

Minutes away are Safeway grocery store, restaurants and shopping centers and the H1 freeway. Five minutes drive to the breath taking Ko'Olina Resort and lagoons, other beaches, Barbers Point Navel Base (commissary and gas station/mini mart), and the Hawaiian Adventures Park. A short 10 minute drive will take you to Costco or the Waikele Premium Outlet Mall where you can shop at Coach, Brooks Brothers and Saks Fifth Ave. just to name a few. 20 minutes from the Airport, 30 to 40 minutes from Waikiki away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Additional Rate Information

Major Holidays and Events: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year\'s, Pro Bowl and LPGA Tour weekly rate is $2500.00
$1000.00 reservation deposit is required per week to reserve your dates and to be paid a.s.a.p. This deposit will be applied towards your rental cost.
There is a $600.00 security deposit to be added to the cost which will be refunded within 10 business days from your check out date (without any missing items or damages to the subject property).
Cleaning fee of $299 will be charged.
Also please add 4.71% general excise tax and 7.25% transient tax which equals to11.96% tax to your rental rate.
