Description:

This 4/8 bedrooms, 2.5/4.5 bathrooms Compound has 2 houses that can be rented together or separately. The houses are on the Koloa/Popiu side of Kauai in a very private, quiet setting. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Garden Island of Kauai. Fruit trees (Papaya, Avocado, Coconut, etc.) and flowers (Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Helyconia, etc.) are abundant.

The beautifully furnished houses are open and comfortable for large groups and families. Furnishings include multiple TVs, VCRs, a Baby Grand Piano in the pool house, modern kitchen appliances, Barbecue Grill, and much more. The private, NEW large pool area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor entertaining, and is very popular with kids. There is also a Ping Pong table set up in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, ice boxes, and more are available.

The 4 Bedroom 2 Bath/Chateau Relaxo II next door that is perfect for nannies, staff, or additional group/family members. Daily maid service, cooking/catering, and other services can be arranged by request. Prior to making this property available for vacation rentals it was our full-time family residence and is, therefore, fully furnished.
