Description:

A two bedroom one bath condo in Waikiki only 2 blocks from the famous Waikiki beach. This is a vacation home away from home complete with a fully furnished kichen including stove, microwave, dishwasher and all amenities needed to move right in. The view from the living room and master bedroom is of the Ala Wai canal and golf course looking up to the mountains. Up to six people can enjoy all Waikiki has to offer within easy walking distance to the beach, zoo, shops, aquarium and fine dining. A washer/dryer is included as well as secure indoor parking.

The city and county of Honolulu have begun to crack down on unlicensed vacation rentals. WE ARE NOT ONE OF THEM. We are fully licensed. Our vacation rental license number is 90/TVU-0929 and our Hawaii tax ID is W30147628-01. The proposed regulations being considered by the legislature would require all advertisements to contain the address of the rental. In anticipation of the new requirements, the address is;
