Just 40 minutes from the airport and worlds away from the hustle of Waikiki. Snorkel, swim, or just lie on the beach just steps away from the building. Enjoy watching turtles, dolphins, and even the occasional whale right from your lanai on the 13th floor. Join the locals for surfing just a short distance away.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If renter cancels 45 days or more before the scheduled arrival, the owner will refund entire deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the renter cancels 44 days or less before arrival, there is no refund unless the unit can be re-rented. If the owners are able to re-rent the condo, the renters will receive a prorated refund, based on the number of days that the owners are able to rent the condo and the rate received, less the $50.00 administration fee. (Last-minute rentals are sometimes discounted, reducing the amount of the refund to the original renter.) Credit card fees are completely nonrefundable.
