Rate: $2,500 plus HI state taxes of approx 12.5% and $250 non refundable departure cleaning fee. Fully refundable dep. required at booking. $150 elec cap.
RATE will not be prorated. Renters are welcome to stay the entire 3 weeks however, if wanting to stay shorter length of time rent will not be prorated.

Long term 6mos or greater availability March 1, 2011

Long Term rental rates are $3,500 per month includes *all utilites
(*$150 monthly cap on elec paid by owner) and owner also pays GET Hawaii Tax.
If renter prefers paying their own utilities, ph, cable, internet, and all of elec. rent would be $3200. Owner pays GET Tax on 6mo+

Policies and Other Fees
Cleaning Fee:  $250
Cancellations and Refunds
Rentals one month or less, cancellation policy is 45 days before arrival and you will receive your deposit back minus 20% for handling. If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to stay, your deposit is forfeited.
Deposits
Short term (one month or less requires 50% at time of booking and balance 30 days prior. Long term (over one month) will be paid on the first of every month and a contract rental agreement in place.
