Therefore one week or up to the whole month is equal to a 10 day stay, in some cases thirty consecutive days may not be available in a particular month. See availability calendar. This includes free basic cable, HS internet connection, free long distance (USA) phone service, water, sewer, garbage, and electricity with a monthly cap of $150.00. Hawaii State Taxes of 11.45% are not included in this cost. Unless you are staying for 6 months plus. A departure cleaning fee of $250 is extra.

Cleaning Fee:  $250
Cancellations and Refunds
Rentals one month or less, cancellation policy is 45 days before arrival and you will receive your deposit back minus 20% for handling. If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to stay, your deposit is forfeited.
Deposits
Short term (one month or less requires 50% at time of booking and balance 30 days prior. Long term (over one month) will be paid on the first of every month and a contract rental agreement in place.
