E Komo Mai! (Welcome!) Are you dreaming of your Hawaiian vacation? Stay at a Two Bedroom/Two Bath Oceanview townhouse located in a four-star, gated, oceanfront complex on the Big Island of Hawaii.
As our guest, you can enjoy the ocean views and listening to the waves from this almost oceanfront condominium, relax at the large swimming pool, or take in a game of tennis at one of three lighted tennis courts. Located on world-famous Ali'i Drive the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a four star, gated complex located just three minutes drive from groceries, shops, theater, and one of the most popular snorkeling beaches in Hawaii - Kahaluu State Park (also known as Turtle Beach). Additionally, the Kona Country Club golf course is located immediately next to our resort.
This unit sleeps four. The master bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, desk, TV, DVD player, clock radio, phone, oceanviews AND a walk in closet. The second bedroom includes twin beds, dresser, large closet and slight oceanview. Come let the waves lull you to sleep at night - it's wonderful.
The unit was completely remodeled in Feb/Mar 2006 with brand new everything: furniture, appliances, high-speed wireless internet and other amenities. And it has new beautiful new white tile flooring and fresh paint throughout.
The location of condo and subsequent remodel was done with both our guests and our personal visits in mind. We wanted a place that we would LOVE on our return every year and it had to be in a GREAT location. We also made sure that it was furnished and decorated to accommodate all guests in comfort. After staying here, you'll never want to stay in a hotel on vacation again!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
$125 - $150/ night depending on season; some savings on longer rentals or upcoming vacancies within 30 days.
We take Visa, Master Card & American Express or personal checks. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. (Note: The reservation deposit is applied towards total cost of your stay).
Ironman Triathlon - October 13, 2007 - Rates are $200/night from 10/3 thru 10/17. We're on Ali'i Drive!
Note: Hawaii taxes (11.42%) & housekeeping ($130) are additional. Processing Fee (2.5%) applies for credit card transactions on final payments.
Long-term Rentals are approved for extended vacations; rates TBD.
Our 'almost ocean front' property is $50-75 dollars cheaper, per night, than ocean front units. It's 60 steps to the ocean and you can see and hear the water from the unit. We can't claim to be ocean front but we're much better than just ocean view.
