Lodging Tax:  11.42%

Cancellations and Refunds
A deposit in the amount of $300 (or payment in full if total rent is less than $500) is required to secure a reservation. If not secured within 7 days from date of tentative scheduling, the reservation may be canceled. The balance for the entire stay (including tax, cleaning fees and refundable security deposit) is due 30 days before scheduled arrival (60 days for 12/14-12/28) or the reservation is considered canceled.
Deposits
separate refundable security deposit of $300 is required. This deposit will be used to cover additional housekeeping charges (for excessive cleaning, laundry, or check out past 10 AM), damage to the property, evidence of smoking inside the unit, use beyond the scope (no weddings, parties, receptions, luaus or commercial use), or occupancy by more than 6 persons. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING. The refundable security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure unless there are charges for additional cleaning or damages. If you or your party leave signs of smoking in the condo or on the lanai you will forfeit your cleaning deposit.
