This is an elegant and very private villa located in Kailua. This 4 bedroom villa offers privacy and an amazing view of the ocean and the surrounding hills with magnificent sunsets . Mainly built on one level (except steps leading down to the villa). The master bedroom suite is quite separate from the other bedrooms and opens to a private terrace. A very large bedroom with very large ensuite bathroom with pale fabrics and use of light lend a feeling of tranquility and serenity. The three other bedrooms are next to each other and are located in the back of the villa. Each of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and decorated similarly to the master bedroom. A very large living room, dining room and kitchen face the ocean offering dramatic views. These rooms have high ceilings, terracotta tile floor and beautiful area rugs. The dining area seats 8 people at lovely glass table with comfortable chairs. A large terrace opens to the view and the large pool overlooking the ocean. There are wonderful breezes throughout the entire villa. Dining under the pergola is the perfect luncheon spot. Very private and comfortable the perfect villa for a large family or group of friends on holiday. Two car garage with additional parking for two more cars.
