Situated perfectly to take day trips to all areas of the Island and yet be able
to come back and rest in
a truely remarkable place so you can be fully charged and rested to go out
and explore the next day
with vigor. We don't have guests who come back year to year and
sometimes multiple times in a year
for no reason. Even the locals pick us and come back -- nuff said!

Beautiful roomy flat with private separate bedroom, full bathroom,
kitchenette with full sized stove.

Nicely equiped kitchenette with cabinets and full sized stainless steel sink,
toaster, blender, rice
cooker, dishes, utensils inside, out on the lanai is a full sized (30") pilotless
gas range with self
cleaning oven, microwave, full sized frostless refrigerator, pots, pans, and a
round lanai table with
chairs AND a picnic table.

Bedroom is private and separated from the living area by a door and
hallway; has queen bed, ceiling
fan, 3 table lamps, full sized closet, matching bedroom furniture including
headboard, end tables and
chest of drawers. Living room is roomy with two sofas, table lamps, a
reclining chair, end tables,
bookcase, coffee table, two tier pie crust table, two ceiling fans, and more.

Sprawling latticed enclosed lanai that runs the whole side length of the flat.
On the lanai is a patio
table with chairs, a picnic table and a nook with a sofa/futon! At night blue
icicle lights come on and
make a unique pleasant environment even more unique and rewarding.

Decorated with unique artwork with island flavor not like cloned motel or
condo rooms. Situated at a
cool elevation where you can be out of the hussle and bussle and heat of
town yet get there when
you need to.

WIFI, DISH satellite TV (local news channels, ShowTime, HBO, Cinemax,
BBC, National Geographic,
The Weather Channel, and more), DVD/VCR, all the dinnerwear, cooking
utensils you need.

It's the details, cleanliness and love put into this house that makes it stand

Reasonably priced for reasonable people who want an authentic Hawaiian

Lodging Tax:  13.42%
Cancellations and Refunds
We require notice to refund pre-paid rent with a minimum $50 charge to offset cancellations. All damage deposits are refundable even with a cancellation.
Deposits
We can discuss optional Damage Deposit of $95.
Other Fees:
No cleaning fee. All monies are due before 60 days of arrival. If you book more than 60 days in advance, $500 down to hold. Those booking for longer than 2 months keep paid 2 months in advance (and have nothing to pay their last 2 months).
