The whole 1 acre estate, 5 mins to Kailua, 10 mins to airport, WI-FI, Ample FREE off street parking!

That's 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms in a well kept house situated on an acre of well kept plants, trees
and land conveniently located from Kailua, Kona Airport, Costco.

Situated perfectly to take day trips to all areas of the Island and yet be able to come back and rest in
a truely remarkable place so you can be fully charged and rested to go out and explore the next day
with vigor. We don't have guests who come back year to year and sometimes multiple times in a year
for no reason. Even the locals pick us and come back -- nuff said!

Upstairs there is a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, massive outside lanai and front sitting lanai.
Master bedroom suite with whirlpool tub and glass tiled shower, walk in closet, queen bed with pillow
top mattress. Cathedral ceilings.

Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and two more kitchenettes. In all 5 queen beds, 2
sofa/futon sleepers, 2 roll a ways if you need them. Downstairs studio suite has an outside sun
covered patio, queen bed with pillow top mattress. The downstairs flat suite has a lattice enclosed
lanai that is extensive as it runs the whole side length of the flat itself, queen bed.

All three suites have WIFI, DISH satellite TV (local news channels, ShowTime, HBO,
Cinemax, BBC, National Geographic, The Weather Channel, and more), DVD/VCR, all the dinnerwear,
cooking utensils you need. Upstairs has a side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door.

Downstairs each suite has full sized frostless refrigerators.

Decorated with unique artwork with island flavor not like cloned motel or condo rooms. Situated at a
cool elevation where you can be out of the hussle and bussle and heat of town yet get there when
you need to. It's the details, cleanliness and love put into this house that makes it stand out.

Reasonably priced for reasonable people who want an authentic Hawaiian place to stay.

Moments from the harbor and beaches. Moments from Wal-Mart and grocery stores yet not in the
noise and congestion associated with those areas.

Discounts for longer stays starting at just one week. Last minute specials if you are coming soon and
we have unbooked time. Returning guests get special treatment such as no Damage Deposits to
place and their original rates never increase for units they have stayed in -- it gets no better than
that!

Wal-Mart, K-Mart, super markets 10 minutes away. Scores of beaches all around.
Centrally located for day trips to Waimea, Hilo, Volcano -- explore

At 7 days there is a discount of 5%, at 14 days 10%, at 21 days 15%, at 28 days 15%, for 30 days 35% off,
60 or more days is 45% off.
On our website we have last minute specials if you are coming in within the next 7 days and we happen to
have days unsold.

Policies and Other Fees
Lodging Tax:  12.42%
Cancellations and Refunds
We require notice to refund pre-paid rent with a minimum $50 charge to offset cancellations. All damage deposits are refundable even with a cancellation.
Deposits
There is a refundable Damage Deposit of $300 for all bookings no matter what the length of stay.
Other Fees:
No cleaning fee. All monies are due before 60 days of arrival. If you book more than 60 days in advance, $500 down to hold. Those booking for longer than 2 months keep paid 2 months in advance (and have nothing to pay their last 2 months).
